The Inspirational Celina Rei in the Los Angeles Times
How wild is that? Yes, she is definitely above the fold, and great picture too! She looks so cute! I am very proud (and so very jelly). The gist of the article dealt with the issue of women making a name for themselves in a male dominated career. I don’t think I’m a hardcore feminist or anything, but I do love seeing women making career moves in my life. So I guess besides being an awesome tennis player, sports junkie, clothes lover, Hello Kitty fiend, etc etc… my friend Celina Rei is my inspiration too. I could only hope that one day (hopefully soon) someone will think I contributed enough or made enough of a difference… So I too can be an inspirational woman and have an article written about me.
My Recipes for Design and Inspiration
Not too long ago, I read about someone who kept his ideas and concepts on index cards and filed them away in a box. It was his recipes he collected throughout the years and he often reflected back on them. He said his ideas were still relevant. So, here I am, trying to do the same.

I have been reading a lot lately and looking through all my notebooks from my past… I sure did have a lot of things going on in my head… And I still do now… Some of the things are very similar too. I wrote down some important things from a podcast I heard…
And some key points from a magazine article I read..

Now I hope I can put these notes into good use.
My New Fav Podcast
Media Artists Secrets… I found out about Franklin McMahon through Computer Arts. A couple of his podcasts were on one of the discs that are always included in each issue of the magazine. I found his words to be pretty inspirational and I will try my best to put his words into action. I am hoping this will help me in my soul searching mission… As well as bring some happiness into my life.
