This is pretty funny… so funny that Celina and Elliott both e-mailed me this link this morning. It’s funny that cute and adorable Hello Kitty is now a mark of shame to the macho cops who break the rules. It’s pretty much the opposite of what Hello Kitty is supposed to symbolize. Who knew!?
